The Management & Monitoring support service is offered in three tiers, Level 1 Monitoring, Level 2 Management and Level 3 Project Support.

Level 1 Monitoring

· Basic availability monitoring for up / down status of device.

· 7/24/365 automated monitoring

· Alerting to support personnel

· Issue logging and tracking

· Configuration backup

Level 2 Management

· Define and review key metrics for devices. E.g. Interface state & utilization, CPU, MEM, device access, configuration changes.

· Define and review Syslogs on a monthly basis

· Firewall software and operating system updates, per licensing agreement(s)

· Review assesses updates on a monthly basis.

· Apply updates on agreed schedule

· Problem resolution within the scope of the existing design and infrastructure.

· Moves, adds and changes within the structure of the existing design and infrastructure.

· Changes that require alteration to design or infrastructure will be treated as a project.

Level 3 Project Support

· Experienced network and security architects or engineers charged at an hourly rate.

· Level 3 support for issues outside existing design and infrastructure.

· Provide advice and guidance or additionally take ownership and drive a resolution to the issue.

· Changes or additions to the environment can be assisted through design and implementation ensuring the objective is met with minimum disruption to the environment.
